Work progress on site was slow. The temporary water supply pipeline belonging to the neighbouring housing developer had not been resolved.Roof tiles for the Shrine Hall was delivered in early March and laying of the roof tiles commenced subsequently. The progress of the laying of the roof was about 80% completed.
Sample floor tiles had been submited for approval on 31st March.
TNB substation was completed with the doors and the windows installed.
Overall progress was about 65%.
